Hi, I’m Nadia!

My journey started in Italy with a law degree in hand and a background in dentistry, up until I made a huge leap 15 years ago and moved from Turin to California.

What started as a leap of faith quickly turned into a whole new career path. Almost by accident, I stumbled into the restaurant industry and fell in love with it. Oddly enough, hospitality became the very thing that made me feel close to home, despite being thousands of miles away.

I started out in San Francisco as a server at local Italian spots, eventually working my way up to manager. A move down to Los Angeles brought an amazing opportunity to join Eataly, where I’m currently an Assistant General Manager. I’m genuinely passionate about great hospitality, the little details, and above all, making sure every single guest walks away with an unforgettable experience.
